Annex 2 to the Agreement 1 — Ownership. Defines the permitted uses of the Asset and classifies them according to the Regenerative Impact Framework. Forms an integral part of that Agreement.
This Annex is the Asset DNA of the Asset (GT-1.5). The purpose, permitted uses, and limitations recorded here are what the Asset is entrusted for, and what its stewardship (Agreement 3) is held against. For a simple Asset — a tool, a vehicle, equipment, or land used without gathering — this Annex is the Asset’s complete DNA. Where the Asset is a Hub (a place at which activities are carried out), this Annex is supplemented by the fuller Agreement 1 Annex 5 — Hub DNA, which adds the values, rhythms, and participation norms of the place.
Section A — Permitted Uses
The Owner permits the Association to use the Asset for the following purposes:

- ☐ Ecological restoration and land care activities
- ☐ Retreats, residencies, and gatherings of a cultural, spiritual, or community nature

- ☐ Artistic and creative residencies
- ☐ Administrative and coordination work of the Association
- ☐ Events open to the public (subject to applicable licences and noise restrictions)

Section B — Restrictions and Excluded Uses
The following uses are not permitted without the Owner’s prior written consent:
- Subletting or assigning the right of use to third parties outside the Association’s network
- Use as a primary or permanent private residence by any individual
- Any use that generates revenue for private benefit rather than the Association’s mission
- Structural modifications, extensions, or installations requiring planning permission
- Commercial activities unrelated to the Association’s regenerative mission
- Use as security or collateral for any financial obligation

Section C — Regenerative Impact Classification
