Annex 2 to the Sponsorship Agreement. Specifies the recognition the Association will provide in exchange for the Supporter’s contribution. Only required when recognition is agreed — for pure donations with no recognition, this Annex may be omitted. Forms an integral part of that Agreement.

Section A — Recognition Type and Classification

Nature of recognition:

  • Non-promotional recognition — Acknowledgement of the Supporter’s contribution for transparency and community purposes (e.g. supporter directory listing, mention in annual report). Does not constitute a counter-performance. Consistent with donation / erogazione liberale classification.

  • Corrispettivo promotional recognition — The Supporter receives defined promotional visibility (e.g. logo placement, event co-branding, featured placement on website). This is a counter-performance and may affect the fiscal classification of the support. See Clause 4.3 of the Agreement and seek fiscal advice.
