Annex 1 to the Partnership Agreement. Two-part document: Part A is the standard Adhesion Form signed by each new Partner; Part B is the canonical Register of all Partners (active, exited, with admission history). Forms an integral part of the Agreement.

This annex consolidates what were previously two separate annexes (A6-1 Partner Register and A6-2 Adhesion Form). Onboarding a Partner and recording them in the Register are one continuous act — the form is signed, then the Register is updated. Keeping them in one document makes the workflow legible.

Part A — Adhesion Form

Standard form used when a new Partner joins the Framework. The new Partner completes and signs Part A; the entry is then transcribed into Part B (Register).
