Annex 4 to the Partnership Agreement. Describes how Partner contributions are logged, confirmed, and turned into distribution shares. The log is a plain shared record, not a blockchain platform. Forms an integral part of the Agreement.

1. What it is

A simple, shared, visible log of Partner contributions. It does three things:

  1. Record — each Partner logs their contributions (hours, milestones, assets, funding) as they occur.
  2. Confirm — another Partner (or the project coordinator) confirms the contribution in good faith. A confirmed contribution is a Validated Contribution (GT-1.8).
  3. Distribute — confirmed contributions determine each Partner’s share of Net Project Revenue.

It is the technical expression of the holonic principle: each Partner logs their own work; a peer confirms it; no one validates their own contribution into economic effect.

2. Form

The log is the Project’s partition of the network’s one Contribution Ledger (GT-1.7) — a plain shared record, not a separate system. Its visibility follows the network setting of GT-3.4A (held as LGR-8; currently: visible to all network participants); at any setting, every Partner on the Project sees it in full. While the full-visibility setting applies, entries published in the partition are network-public and are not Confidential Information under Clause 14 of the Agreement. There is no blockchain, no token, no on-chain identifier, no automated validator assignment, and no formal dispute-threshold machinery. Two things stay off the log: personal-identity mappings, held minimally by the Association as data controller (GT-5, GT-3.4); and client identities, which appear as project codes unless the client consents to be named.

Recommended columns: date, Partner, project code, contribution type, quantity (hours / milestone / value units), confirmed-by, confirmed-on.

3. Distribution share

Each Partner’s share is their confirmed contributions over the total:

Partner Share (%) = Partner's Validated Contributions (€ equivalent)
                    ─────────────────────────────────────────────────
Total Validated Contributions of all Partners (€ eq.)

Contributions are converted to a common € equivalent using the rates in Agreement 6 Annex 2 — Economics Schedule (Part B) or the milestone values in the Project Sheet. Shares are applied to Net Project Revenue after the cost waterfall (Agreement 6, Clause 10). These € valuations exist for distribution only: the same entries count toward a Partner’s network access standing as contributions of their kind, never at their euro value (GT-3A.4).

4. Disagreements

If a Partner contests a logged or confirmed contribution, the Partners discuss it and resolve it among themselves in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, it goes to the dispute-resolution process in GT-7. No special voting threshold is imposed by this Annex.

5. Governance

  • The partition is visible per the network setting of GT-3.4A / LGR-8 (currently: all network participants); every Partner sees it in full and may audit their own record at any time.
  • A change to how shares are calculated requires the agreement of the Partners and an amendment to this Annex, recorded in the Amendment Register of Agreement 6 Annex 1 — Partner Onboarding & Register.
  • The log should stay as simple as the Project allows. Complexity is added only when a real need demands it, never by default.
