Resource-Cost Places (Gift-Economy Structure)
Resource-cost places cover their own direct delivery cost (Agreement 4 Clause 4.1). The Mentor’s labour, time, and expertise are the gift; the recipient covers the resources their slot consumes. These places do not create a money-losing slot for the network.
